This policy covers information provided to CraveFest, the food side of AJ’s Sweets & Things LLC, through its SMS program and direct inquiries.

When you subscribe to CraveFest texts, we collect your mobile number and records of your subscription, consent, messages, and opt-out requests. If you contact us, we also collect the name, contact information, and inquiry or order details you choose to provide.

SMS choices

SMS marketing is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Providing contact information for an inquiry or order does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional texts.

Sharing information

We do not sell or share your personal information, including your mobile number, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, shared, or transferred to another organization for its own messaging program.

Service providers, including SimpleTexting, may process information on our behalf as necessary to operate and support our messaging program. This does not authorize them to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.
